For residential or Airbnb cleans you have the option of using our online booking system for added convenience, especially when making repeat bookings.

We sure do! We want to make your life a little easier, so once you book a service with us there is really nothing left to worry about. We show up with everything that’s needed, including our plant based, non toxic, Australian made cleaning products that are gentle on your health and our planet.

24 hours before your scheduled clean we will send you a reminder message that will include the name of our staff member who will be attending to your home. Depending on the size and scope of that job, there may be two or three professionals assigned. All of our staff are thoroughly vetted and trained; each will complete the job with integrity and a high standard of care. If you have booked with us before and would like to request a specific staff member reach out via email or phone to arrange.

The time required to complete your clean depends on a few factors including; how big the house is, what type of service you require, the condition of the property and how many staff members we send to complete the task. Prior to finalising your booking we will provide an estimate based on one staff member undertaking the service at a property in ‘standard’ condition. This is subject to change. We will communicate with you if, upon inspection, we believe the clean will take longer than expected.

We care deeply about providing an excellent standard of service and therefore we welcome all feedback, endeavouring to work with you should you not be absolutely happy with the quality of the clean.

Our bond clean guarantee means we commit to returning within 72 hours of the initial booking if your real estate agent is not satisfied with the quality of the clean we were responsible for.
